De plus, les cours d\u2019eaux sont endigu\u00e9s, creus\u00e9s, rectifi\u00e9s, d\u00e9tourn\u00e9s, etc. avec un impact sur la vitesse et la hauteur d&rsquo;eau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive;\">Dans les espaces urbanis\u00e9s, l\u2019eau de pluie est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e par des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019eaux pluviale pour \u00e9viter l\u2019inondation des chauss\u00e9es. En cas de forte pluie ou d\u2019inondation des chauss\u00e9es, ce r\u00e9seau est insuffisant. Et devient lui-m\u00eame un facteur d\u2019inondation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive;\">En ville, d\u2019autres r\u00e9seaux souterrains (eau potable, tunnels, etc.) forment un r\u00e9seau hydrographique artificiel. Il faut donc r\u00e9duire l\u2019exposition l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la vitesse et la hauteur d\u2019eau sont fortes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive;\">Depuis des d\u00e9cennies, l\u2019occupation des sols dans le bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e dans des zones inondables. Depuis des d\u00e9cennies, les scientifiques alertent sur sur l\u2019impact des activit\u00e9s humaines sur le ruissellement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive;\">En France, depuis des d\u00e9cennies, certains \u00ab responsables \u00bb politiques ont tout fait pour assouplir les zonages des plans de pr\u00e9vention des risques.
