M\u00eame si environ 80 % du CO2 \u00e9mis aujourd\u2019hui sera absorb\u00e9 par les puits terrestres et oc\u00e9aniques au cours des prochains mill\u00e9naires, l\u2019oc\u00e9an joue un r\u00f4le important dans la limitation du r\u00e9chauffement \u00e0 court terme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Comic Sans MS';\">Il s\u2019av\u00e8re que le r\u00e9chauffement suppl\u00e9mentaire, \u00e0 mesure que les oc\u00e9ans se rapprochent de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre thermique avec l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re, compense largement le refroidissement d\u00fb \u00e0 la baisse des concentrations de CO2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Comic Sans MS';\">Ce r\u00e9sultat n\u2019est pas particuli\u00e8rement nouveau ; Comme l&rsquo;ont soulign\u00e9 Susan Soloman et ses coll\u00e8gues dans leur article r\u00e9volutionnaire de 2009, \u00ab le changement climatique d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation de la concentration de dioxyde de carbone est largement irr\u00e9versible pendant 1 000 ans apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;arr\u00eat des \u00e9missions \u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Comic Sans MS';\">Pourquoi est-ce si important ?
